With a thicker, fabric-style material and an inner silicone grip, you won't have trouble with these bands rolling or sliding up and down during your workout, whether that's at the gym, at home, or even on-the-go.

Our joint supporting cushion & dry-wicking top surface also prevents slip for our HIIT movement enthusiasts. This mat includes a gripping 100% rubber bottom layer to ensure it remains safely in place through even the most intense workouts.

Care Instructions:
- Always roll mat with top of mat side facing out. Rolling in opposite direction can damage mat surface.
- Wipe top of mat with a microfiber cloth after use. If using solution, apply it to the cloth first; do not apply it directly on the mat. We recommend using a 1:20 solution of oil-free soap or vinegar & warm water. Let air dry. Mat is not machine washable.
- To protect the top of the mat, try to avoid having lotions, oils or rings on hands or feet before practice.
Disclaimer:
We DO NOT recommend using harsh chemicals to clean the mat as they can dry out the surface and shorten the mat's lifespan.
This mat is made to support you through your workouts/movements. Marks, scuffs, stains etc. will be visible over time. Lotions, make-up, sweat, oils and other liquids can cause discoloration or wear to your mat. This will not cause damage to your mat - just visible wear. Lighter color mats will have more visible wear than our black mat.
