Resistance Bands - Neutrals Collection

I had another Amazon set and I felt they were getting a little stretched out. Wanted to support my gal Rachael and bought these when she had a promo, did not disappoint and I love the neutral color way. Easy to pack on trips for quick workouts.

These bands are no joke! I can get a full workout in as if I was in the gym. These are PERFECT for when I travel as my working hours don't normally align with the hotel gym hours. So glad I bought them and the workout booklet!

I am post partum and not ready to go back to my usual strength/resistance routine yet, but adding these bands in to the pelvic floor/core work I have been doing has been incredible. I feel like I’m getting such a great low impact workout, that is customizable, with just enough burn! The grip is incredible - they don’t pinch AND they don’t roll. Excited to pair the bands with the banded guide as I work toward increasing strength and intensity! LOVE.

Obsessed with these bands! So much more comfortable than the rubber ones and the don't slip or fold or roll. Also, love this neutral colorway so much 😍 10/10 reccomend! Great to take when traveling too.
