The barbell pad is a game changer for a comfortable experience at the gym. I used to hate doing weighted hip thrusts, but this helps lots. Also the whole set is great for doing the strength guide since you'll be using the stretching band for warm-ups/activation and the ankle straps for the cable machine. I'm glad I got the book and bundle as a very nice xmas gift to myself. Keeps me motivated at the gym. Plus if you see others with it, you can connect IRL!
