Building my workout routine

This guide is very easy to follow and the workouts vary in length, which makes it feel doable for someone who is building a workout routine. The videos are also very helpful for checking your form. Loving it so far!

So far, so good!!!

I haven’t had the opportunity to get very far in this guide yet, but I LOVE the variety of workouts, the ease of travel, and most of all that there are options for days when you’re short on time. Looking forward to making my way through this guide!
