Cardio you'll love

I got burnt out from running because I felt like it was the only form of cardio I could do to get a good workout. I did this 30 day challenge and now have a new favorite cardio workout. I felt my legs get stronger and even helped my coordination. Also it was a ton of fun and the time flys!! Definitely makes 30 minutes seem a lot less

SO Surprised

Honestly didn't think I was going to be able to do the half the moves that were asked of me, but staying consistent was seriously the key! Love that you could click on the new moves and it would take you straight to a video of Rachel doing it. I would do this over running anyway! But super easy for beginners and can totally do at your own pace!

Best Jump Rope and Great Workout Guide!

This was such a fun guide that provided great workouts. I haven’t jump roped in years and I was never good at it. The way this guide is set up, anyone can jump rope. After I finished this guide, I still continue to use these moves as a way to warm up or get cardio in! The rec sweat jump rope is also amazing so I would recommend getting that too!

Such a great way to get started and practice new jump rope moves. Even if I didn’t get it right the first time, the guide helped me continue to practice until it clicked. Perfect for traveling or when you don’t have a lot of time, but still want to get a good sweat in.

My sister was so jealous of my new moves!

This guide is amazing! I have absolutely no coordination or rhythm and my jump roping skills have never been better. This guide is the perfect way for beginners to learn how to jump rope and try new moves. It is perfect for a quick 10-20 minute workout and made me feel like Ben tough it’s not a long time, I still gave it my all.
